Chinese Celery

Chinese Celery (Apiumgraveolensvar. Secalinum) is a variety of celery cultivated in the countries of East Asia for its edible, tasty stalks and leaves. The stalks are slimmer than of regular celery and bent into round and empty stalks. Moreover, unlike regular celery, leaves are used as much as the stalks.
