Clementine

Clementine is a hybrid citrus fruit, hybridization between tangerine and bitter orange, hence its characteristic sour taste, yet also sweet. Clementines and tangerines are varieties of orange or citrus reticulata of the Rutaceae family. Both are small oranges with loose peel. Nevertheless, there are some notable differences between them two. While clementines and tangerines are in the same family, clementines have not seeds and mandarins have. Clementines are also sweeter than tangerines.
